Built-in wedge washer with a Nofer timed tap

Built-in wedge washer with semi-recessed washing bucket made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish with a Nofer single-water timed tap. It is built without any type of joints or corners to facilitate cleaning. Inside it has two pressure water cleaning jets that guarantee the cleaning of the wedge. The cleaning of the wedges is carried out by a one-water sprinkler system using a pressure tap that guarantees the cleaning of the wedge. The advantages of this type of cleaning are that the cleaning is more active, when using pressurized water, the remains that may be stuck or in difficult corners are dragged, the fluxor nevertheless cleans by water flow but with little pressure. Apart from the water consumption for cleaning with fluxor, it can be said that it easily exceeds three times. If we add to this that it is carried out with warm or hot water, the increase in annual expenditure of each equipment is very considerable. On the front panel of the wedge washer there is a timed tap that operates the equipment. Includes two cleaning sprinklers, a wedge support made of 5mm stainless steel rod.
